Topic:
        Frightsizing Your Construction Company

  • Why do some construction companies weather the economic cycles better than others?
  • How do you successfully navigate through these challenging times?
  • How do you release the fear of diminished backlog and downward margin pressure we are currently facing?
These are some of the questions that will be answered during the Frightsizing Your Construction Company presentation.  We will examine real life exercises on how, why and when to adjust your construction company to market conditions.  We will examine creative solutions to the challenges you face today.  The goal of this presentation is to teach you how to exit this downturn with the same dollars you entered!
